About Us

Physiocrest Pty Ltd is recruiting Behaviour Support Practitioners for subcontract opportunities with trusted NDIS providers, with trusted NDIS-registered providers across Australia.

We recruit and connect passionate, person-centred practitioners with flexible Behaviour Support opportunities in a variety of settings.

Our goal is to help skilled professionals find meaningful work that supports participants to achieve positive outcomes and improve quality of life.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
  • Collaborate with families, support teams, and other professionals.
  • Deliver services in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.
  • Work flexibly — choose your location, caseload, and schedule.

Opportunities are available for Core, Proficient, Advanced, and Specialist BSPs.

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, or a related field
  2. Minimum 6 months' experience in behaviour support, disability, or mental health services
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations
  6. Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in service delivery
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  8. You must be holding BSP number from NDIS.
