Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and has no intentions of slowing down.

Connor is a fast-paced business that is continuously adapting to keep up with the retail market.

Ideally you will have:

  • 2 – 3 years' experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel.
  • A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
  • Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal / written).
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Training and development skills.
  • The ability to set clear direction and follow up.
