Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with the Genesys Contact Center platform
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within SLAs and follow escalation procedures
  • Experience liaising with end-users and collaborating with internal support teams (L2/L3)

  • Network Design & Implementation: High- and low-level design of IP networks (telco industry)
  • Developing & Implementing Security Architecture
  • Network Security (firewalls, IDS, NAC)
  • Documentation & Standardization (configurations, procedures, policies)
  • Collaboration with solution architects & stakeholders
  • Threat modeling and IT architecture assessments
  • Designing enterprise security architecture (network, application, cloud)
  • Remediation of vulnerabilities & architectural gaps
  • Developing cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and strategies (aligned with NIST, ISM, Essential 8, VPDSS)
  • Conducting threat and risk assessments on legacy systems
  • Creating Security Architecture Catalogues

Preferred Certifications
