IT Contract & Procurement Advisor
in our Technology - Enabling Services team, you will be responsible for delivery of critical IT sourcing and commercial activities for large technology projects within Australian Retirement Trust.

The ideal candidate will need to possess demonstrated IT Sourcing and Commercial experience as well as experience understanding of Vendor Management. A key aspect of this role is sourcing, negotiation & stakeholder management, so ideally you will have experience assisting in the creation of contract material and the successful contracting of suppliers, including negotiation of terms and performance criteria, as well as obtaining stakeholder review and approval. About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:

  • Ideally tertiary qualified in a business-related discipline and/or Level 4 accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Australia (CIPSA).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail and ability to write for an Executive audience.
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in analysing unstructured information & developing management reports.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using corporate procurement / financial / risk systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
