ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 4 years' front of house or back of house hospitality experience in large venues or FIFO experience
  • We're looking for dedicated individuals who want to grow with us. We value team players who bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to being part of a supportive, long-standing team.
  • Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and hot weather conditions
  • Australian Driver's Licence required for certain roles
  • Reside in WA with full work rights
  • National Police Clearance required for most clients
  • Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed
