We're Hiring – Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Oslo Aspendale Gardens is expanding our team and we are looking for motivated, professional fitness coaches to join our community. We are currently seeking:


• Personal Trainer – Up to 10–25+ sessions per week available

• Group Fitness Instructor – Minimum 4 strength-based classes per week

You are welcome to apply for either role individually, or for both.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • A genuine passion for fitness and helping others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident social media presence
  • Willingness to assist with member outreach, lead generation, and growing your client base

What We Offer

  • Free gym membership
  • Staff discounts on activewear and supplements
  • Supportive and friendly team environment
  • Flexibility: work solely as a PT, solely as a Group Instructor, or a combination of both

How You Will Be Paid

  • Group Fitness Instructors: Paid a set rate per 45-minute class via invoice

  • Personal Trainers:

  • Option to pay rent

  • Or be paid on a percentage-based model
  • An agreed-upon rent-free period is included to help you establish your client base

We provide guidance, support, and opportunities within the club, but Personal Trainers are expected to manage their own sales, marketing, outreach, and client relationships.
