**The Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated creative to join our Visual Merchandising team in South Australia.

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Developing and implementing visually appealing displays that showcase Derrimut 24:7 's apparel, nutrition, and accessories within the company' s visual merchandising strategy.
- Developing, revising, and presenting design ideas to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's culture, products, and target market.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to understand and address visual merchandising needs, including promotions and product launches.
- Providing training and support to location managers on maintaining visual standards, ensuring consistent execution across all locations.

- A strong creative flair and the ability to envision and create visually stunning displays that resonate with our target audience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and location managers.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure visually appealing displays that are consistent across our locations.
- A professional and positive attitude, including a willingness to learn.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as visual merchandising or design, **or **equivalent relevant visual merchandising experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage projects.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry, and the ability to integrate into visual displays.
- A valid driver's license, as travel to locations is required.
