Let's Talk About The Team
Joining ResMed's Verification & Validation team will give you access to industry leading technology and knowledge, as you work on the new and upcoming products that make an impact on the lives of patients. You will collaborate regularly with a multitude of other engineering teams and disciplines, leveraging your system knowledge to develop comprehensive testing methodologies, including automated tests, that rigorously challenge the product design, ensuring that it will produce the best outcome for our users. You will have opportunities to be involved in the design of new test rigs, digital tools, and to develop your own initiatives and solutions that challenge and improve the way the team operates.
Let's Talk About The Role
The role entails collaborating across product development teams to ensure the design meets the needs of the technical requirements, as well as the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test methodologies and automating tests to ensure a faster design feedback loop.
What You'll Do
Working with Product teams in the early phases of development planning and performing Exploratory testing
Developing protocols that effectively test the design requirements and sufficiently challenge the product design and, architecture
Optimise processes through developing scripts and AI tools.
Performing testing and data analysis independently
Reviewing and challenging system requirements for scope, risk and suitability
Initiate, drive and utilise requirements on automation and test instrumentation
Identify and investigate root cause of test anomalies and failures.
Supporting regulatory activities, such as audits and FDA responses
Collaborating effectively and promoting knowledge and skills sharing
Maintaining technical skills and awareness of technical innovations
Communicating effectively with peers, stakeholders and supervisors
What You Bring
- To excel as a Graduate Engineer in Verification and Validation (V&V), you will need to be highly motivated, a go-getter, a great communicator, a problem solver, a critical and curious thinker with an out of the box approach to creative solutions.
- A passion for coding and AI is a huge positive. You are not afraid to experiment and to ask questions. We are looking for positive energy, a growth mindset with a passion to make the world better through improving our solutions.
- You hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Science (Materials, Physics, Medical Science) (Graduated within the last 2 years)
- Related work or study experience is advantageous
- Interest and/or experience in software development or AI implementation and usage
