About the Role:

GX Outdoors are looking for a motivated Production Labourer to join the Bundaberg team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will play an important part in our production process, ensuring the fabrication, maintenance, and assembly of component parts and products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work according to assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the production process.
  • Read and interpret assembly and manufacturing drawings.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Utilise lean principles in undertaking job tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
  • Report any injuries, hazards, or near misses to management promptly.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Report any updates or changes in production procedures to the HSEQ manager.

About You:

  • Ability to follow instructions and understand processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain relevant licenses, such as an HRW (High Risk Work) License.
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
