Macadamia Farm Management is a leader in large-scale macadamia nut production across Bundaberg and surrounding regions. We're expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team in casual roles, with the opportunity to become permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, tasks may include:

  • Operating machinery: slashing, mowing, spreading, mulching, fertigating, harvesting, spraying
  • Driving quad bikes and buggies
  • Maintaining machinery: cleaning, greasing, oiling, changing filters
  • Using GPS and autosteer systems (training provided)
  • Assisting with orchard maintenance, irrigation, and general farm duties
  • Supporting harvest and post-harvest operations
  • Working outdoors in varying conditions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience operating machinery
  • Willingness to work day and night shifts
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Confidence using GPS systems, digital timesheets, and farm apps
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable transport
