Role Overview

As an S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be a key member of our SAP S/4Hana practice, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will collaborate with clients across industries, helping them transform their financial processes through technology innovation, simplification, and best practices.

This role suits a consultant with strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules, covering core areas such as:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Asset Accounting
• Controlling (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA)
• Integration with other S/4HANA modules.
• Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, system optimisation, and process improvements.
• Support data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security) to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and demonstrations where required.
• Stay current with SAP innovations (Central Finance, Group Reporting, Embedded Analytics) and bring insights to clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 5+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) consulting experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.
• Strong business process knowledge in Finance and Controlling.
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in testing, data migration, and user training.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Desirable

• Exposure to Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury Management.
• Experience with S/4Hana Public Cloud and S/4Hana Private Cloud.
• Understanding of integration points with third party solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA.
