Join one of Australia's most iconic underground copper mines in a key Return to Work role. Based at our CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW, you'll support injured workers, drive best-practice injury management, and contribute to a strong health and safety culture on site.
What You'll Be Doing- Serve as the primary contact for injured workers, coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work plans.
- Liaise with doctors, insurers, and internal teams
- Maintain workers compensation records and injury data
- Support WHS compliance, risk reduction, and health monitoring
- Deliver training on injury prevention and wellness
- SIRA-accredited Return to Work Coordinator (or willing to obtain)
- Cert IV in WHS (required), Cert IV in Personal Injury (desirable)
- ICAM Lead Investigator (desired)
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation
- Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
- Excellent communication, organisation, and data management skills
