Return to Work Advisor – CSA Mine | Cobar, NSW

Join one of Australia's most iconic underground copper mines in a key Return to Work role. Based at our CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW, you'll support injured workers, drive best-practice injury management, and contribute to a strong health and safety culture on site.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary contact for injured workers, coordinating treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work plans.
  • Liaise with doctors, insurers, and internal teams
  • Maintain workers compensation records and injury data
  • Support WHS compliance, risk reduction, and health monitoring
  • Deliver training on injury prevention and wellness
What You'll Bring
  • SIRA-accredited Return to Work Coordinator (or willing to obtain)
  • Cert IV in WHS (required), Cert IV in Personal Injury (desirable)
  • ICAM Lead Investigator (desired)
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation
  • Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and data management skills
