About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at SASO GOLD' in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide recommendations

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment

  • Assisting and handling with opening and closing process

  • Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment

  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Following the dress code of the SASO and well presented

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in a retail or customer service role specialised in Lux jewellery, and having a knowledge of gold jewellery is preferred.

  • Have a track record of the Sale's

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
