MUMU LIFE (operated by BZC Group Pty Ltd) is a growing retail brand specialising in fashionable and trend-driven products. With two company-operated stores in Sydney and five franchise outlets across the region, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the ongoing expansion of our brand.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage retail store operations across multiple locations.


• Drive sales growth while ensuring excellent customer service standards.


• Manage, mentor, and develop staff to achieve performance goals.


• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and inventory management.


• Implement business strategies to meet turnover and profitability targets.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and relevant regulations.

Skills & Experience


• At least 2 years' proven experience in retail management or a similar role.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


• Sound knowledge of sales, stock management, and business operations.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver results.
