Senior Operations Executive - Investments & FundsOur client is a highly regarded Financial Services group, with a large presence in Sydney. 

As Operations Executive, you'll provide the seamless delivery of internal operations, across a range of Investment portfolios.

Reporting to the Head of Investment Operations and working closely with senior leadership to manage critical internal and external relationships, whilst playing a key role in driving operational excellence across investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operational Delivery: Manage internal custodian processes, monitor asset payments, and ensure systems and workflows are robust, compliant, and efficient.
  • Registry & Outsourcing Oversight: Liaise with external registries and service providers, ensuring performance and compliance with CPS230 and other regulatory obligations.
  • Process & Policy Management: Create, document, and continuously improve business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support capital raises and investor onboarding by working with Distribution and Fund Administration teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Project Execution: Take ownership of operational projects and ad hoc initiatives that directly support business growth and performance.
  • Risk Management: Provide operational reporting and play a key role in governance and compliance monitoring.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in operations, fund administration, or investor services.
  • Solid understanding of Managed Investment Schemes and investment operations.
  • Experience managing internal custodians and service providers.
  • Strong background in documenting and improving business processes.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AML/KYC, application processing, and compliance requirements.
