Our client is a leading food manufacturing company supplying some of Australia's biggest brands. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Decartoning & Mixing Meat Operators to join the growing team in Arndell Park.

Shift Times & Pay
  • 4:30am start MONDAY TO FRIDAY
  • $31.36 per hour (casual rate)
  • Penalty rates apply for weekends / public holidays
Your Duties Will Include
  • Decartoning raw meat products (beef, chicken, lamb & pork)
  • Operating mixing equipment to blend ingredients
  • Manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
  • Following strict HACCP, GMP, and food safety guidelines
  • General cleaning and housekeeping in production areas
What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable handling beef, chicken, lamb and pork
  • Previous food processing / meat industry experience preferred
  • Physically fit and able to lift cartons (15-20kg regularly)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and available for early morning starts
  • Own reliable transport (public transport not suitable at 4:30am)
