About the role

Fulltime Handyman role available in Bella Vista, NSW 2153 to join the team at Arrow Traders Pty Ltd, a leading provider of maintenance and handyperson services in the Sydney metropolitan areas. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs and handyman tasks to ensure the smooth operation of commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance
  • Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inspect facilities and identify potential issues or areas that require maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and order supplies as needed
  • Contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of commercial properties
  • Project manage minor trade works
  • Meet with clients and acquire trade work/projects and deliver
  • Pickup/Delivery of products
  • Perform office duites as and when required - includes doing quotes, invoices, meeting with clients, etc.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
  • Strong practical skills and aptitude across various trades, including carpentry, and painting
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Should be available for during and after hours work
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, responsible and dedicated work ethic
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications would be highly regarded
  • The right candidate will need a proven knowledge of all hand and power tools.
