About the Role:
Our TS&T team is at the forefront of technology and innovation, helping clients envision their future, tackle complex challenges, and accelerate transformation. We seek Consultants with a strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving. Your role will focus on program and system integration, working as a project coordinator while developing your consulting toolkit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, conducting analyses to understand client challenges and crafting actionable recommendations.
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Apply structured approaches to solve complexities and enhance client outcomes.
  • Implementation Support: Offer project management assistance and coaching to ensure successful implementation.
  • Integration Support: Assist in program and system integration, supporting senior team members and contributing to project success.
  • Technology Empowerment: Identify how technology can empower clients to achieve a competitive advantage.
  • Enterprise Design Development: Use design techniques to develop architecture blueprints across various domains.
  • Research and Innovation: Engage in research and ideation, developing innovative solutions for complex business problems.
  • Solution Assurance: Provide solution advice and technical assurance to improve client outcomes.

About the Team:

Who You Are:
You bring 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or advisory role, focusing on areas such as:

  • Communication: Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  • Project Management: Experience in IT Programme/Project Management, Agile Delivery.
  • Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for IT Strategy, Innovation, and Emerging Technologies.
  • Design Expertise: Background in Enterprise Design, including Architecture.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in Technology Sourcing and Vendor Management.
  • Methodology Proficiency: Certification or experience with PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, TOGAF, or ITIL methodologies.
