About the Role:
Our TS&T team is dedicated to driving major business transformations through expert Program and System Integration, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. As a leader, you'll spearhead projects in large-scale, technology-enabled transformation delivery. Your role will centre on ensuring seamless integration across complex systems and programs, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and Nurture Strong Client Relationships: Deliver outstanding program and system integration solutions while maintaining a deep understanding of client needs to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Your impact-driven approach will guarantee tangible results for our clients.
• Lead Teams with a Focus on Collaboration: Execute projects efficiently by fostering an inclusive environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth, leveraging your experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Effective Communication: Manage senior stakeholders effectively by articulating complex integration processes and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles. Your ability to convey ideas will enhance stakeholder engagement and project success.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Assess integration challenges critically, developing innovative solutions that drive project success and align with client expectations. Your technical proficiency will be crucial in navigating emerging technologies relevant to integration.
• Oversee Development and Growth: Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional development while managing complex integration projects. Encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage with Leadership and Leverage Networks: Actively collaborate with Deloitte leadership to harness your insights into the Adelaide market, and identifying new opportunities. Utilise your understanding of local market dynamics to contribute meaningfully to pursuits and bids. Even with limited experience, demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking to enhance client outcomes and establish your reputation as a Program Integration (PI) and System Integration (SI) expert through market eminence and internal mentorship.

Who You Are:
With proven experience in a client-facing or consulting role, you have honed skills in:

• Managing senior stakeholders with strong communication capabilities to articulate integration solutions effectively, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Translating business needs into technology integration plans that deliver tangible results, showcasing your ability to drive measurable outcomes.
• Delivering high-quality, innovative integration advice and services, with a passion for Program and System Integration and proficiency in methodologies like Agile.
• Leading IT Advisory within a consulting environment, with a focus on integration and a track record of successful projects that highlight your impact-driven mindset.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members while managing complex integration projects, fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
• Experience with delivery methodologies such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL, showcasing your proven ability to delivery complex project effectively in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise and solution methodologies, demonstrating your adeptness in applying best practices in technology strategy and implementation to enhance project delivery success.
