About the role
As a Member Service Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our members by building trust, listening to their needs, and guiding them toward the right financial solutions. This role is offered on a flexible part-time basis, ranging from 15 to 32 hours per week on a rotating roster.
In this position, your passion for customer service will shine. As a member-owned organisation, we put our members first and you'll be empowered to have genuine, meaningful conversations that help them reach their goals. You'll take the time to understand each member's financial situation, aspirations, and objectives, then connect them with the products that best support their needs, including personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.

- Refer members onto our loan specialists
- Navigate multiple contemporary systems and software programs

About you
You're a natural at building connections and delivering memorable service. With your positive energy and goal driven mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in going the extra mile for others. You're motivated by results, passionate about helping people, and ready to take on a new challenge. And while banking experience is a bonus, it's not essential we'll equip you with all the training and support you need to succeed and grow.
