About the Opportunity

We're currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator/ Vehicle Assessor to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll enjoy a steady workflow thanks to our established partnerships with major insurers, and you'll be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable management team.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and insurance partners
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in line with insurer guidelines and repair cost targets
  • Completing quotes on-site, off-site, and online as required
  • Conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
  • Liaising with suppliers to authorise additional work as needed
  • Ensuring all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed vehicles to satisfied customers
