What We're Looking For:

  • A passionate and experienced Barista with a genuine love for coffee.
  • Proficiency in operating espresso machines and grinders.
  • Ability to create consistent, high-quality coffee beverages.
  • A strong understanding of different coffee beans and brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
  • RSA certification (preferred).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages to our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment.
  • Take orders and handle payments accurately.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
