Motel Manager

We have an employment opportunity as a Motel Manager at our busy Corporate Motel situated in the remote town of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory.

The Motel has 65 accommodation rooms, Restaurant and conference facilities. Our clientele consists of corporate, coach tour, government departments and walk-ins.

To apply for this position, you will need to have the following skills to be considered as a candidate.

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• Day-to-day running of the motel, including staff supervision and guest relations.
• Have a high level of financial knowledge relating to all aspects of Motel management and reporting to the owners.
• Repairs and Maintenance within the motel as needed.
• Efficient computer skills including RMS or similar motel software, Point of Sale, corporate portals, windows, excel, word etc.
• Experience in running a 120 seat restaurant plus
• Supplier ordering
• Higher education diploma or certificate in Tourism and Hospitality
• Hold a current RSA
• Hold a current drivers license
• Must be willing to do Police clearance and Medical
• Be able to handle high demand situations
