About the role

Tumbling Waters Retreat is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused waitstaff to join our team at our stunning retreat in Stanwell Tops, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a beautiful, natural setting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to guests
  2. Preparing and serving food and beverages
  3. Ensuring the dining areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked
  4. Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  5. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
  6. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
