Half Acre is a cool curated garden eatery for people to connect with friends and family, or professionals alike. Located in South Melbourne on the grounds of the Old Mill, our 120 seat restaurant provides a unique indoor/outdoor environment with a wood-fired oven, charcoal grill and open kitchen. We serve lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.

Our service creates a space where locals feel at home and newcomers feel like locals. This environment is crafted by our front of house team, starting with you.

Half Acre are looking for experienced waitstaff to lead our front of house team in service excellence. Your energy and love for what you do is your morning motivation, consistently delivering service excellence for guests and encouraging the team to do the same.

**Requirements**:
Experience - At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Location - Must have full working rights in Australia and be available to work in our South Melbourne location

We’d love you to have:

- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Customer centric approach
- Excellent wine and food knowledge with a current RSA
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-based environment
- Available to work Tuesday to Sunday
- Ability to multi task and run a section
- Personal presentation that is on-point

**Salary**: $27.50 - $32.00 per hour
