The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Analyst and Administrator to support the global implementation and ongoing administration of the UKG Ready platform. This role will be essential in managing the day-to-day operations of our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, providing technical support, driving process improvements and developing and implementing new functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly UKG Ready, along with a keen ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and systems.
HRIS Analyst & Administrator:
- System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the global HRIS, including user access, data integrity, system configurations, and security protocols.
- Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, test, and implement new system features, integrations, and customisations to improve HR processes and employee experience globally.
- Global Support: Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for HRIS users across multiple regions and time zones.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data, create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for HRIS users and administrators.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the HRIS complies with data protection regulations and company policies globally.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with software vendors and IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and technical support.e
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with the UKG Ready platform (formally Kronos)
- Experience in a similar HRIS or HR system role
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation
