Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious Sous Chef looking to make your mark in a thriving coastal venue? Join usat 33 Degrees Esperance, where we combine high-quality dining with a relaxed, modern vibe on the stunning Esperance foreshore.

Opened in September 2021, our venue overlooks the beautiful Bay of Isles and has quickly become a favourite for both locals and visitors. We are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef in a brand-new kitchen, delivering memorable dining experiences.


What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent, consistent meals.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence to ensure smooth service.
  • Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Assist in creating and developing new menu options that reflect seasonal changes and customer demand.
  • Maintain our reputation for quality by using fresh, locally sourced produce.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Proven leadership skills suited to a busy commercial kitchen.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Passion for food and creativity that complements Esperance's coastal lifestyle.
