The perfect candidate for the job would be someone who has barista experience, who is looking to join a great company culture and be a part of a team that is passionate about serving freshly roasted specialty coffee.

About the Role

As a Barista, you'll be the face behind the machine, crafting beautiful coffee, sharing a chat, and creating moments of connection, one cup at a time. Fast hands, warm heart, and a sharp eye for detail? Let's brew something great together.

What You'll Do

·       Preparing and serving a variety of speciality coffee at speed

·       Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the coffee station, including maintaining equipment, stock control and cash handling

·       Maintain high standards of coffee quality and consistency

·       Provide excellent customer service first time, every time

·       Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed to maintain the highest of standards

About You

·       Proven experience as a Barista and preferably in a fast paced environment

·       Excellent knowledge and passion for coffee

·       Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service whilst making coffee at high volumes

·       Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

·       Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekend and pubic holidays
