Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, stockfeed mills and an in-house commodity trading team. No matter whether our customers are growing, breeding, or after general or more specific technical advice, our in-store teams are there to help with their subject matter knowledge and expertise.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team We are wanting to connect with candidates who will bring their exceptional leadership and retail management capabilities that will support our team and will also prioritise and enhance a customer centric retail experience for our customers.

Your expertise in retail operations and business acumen will be crucial in optimising our store's performance and profitability. Additionally, your strategic planning prowess and business development capabilities will drive our growth initiatives forward.

Community engagement and connection is at the heart of what we do, so your passion for fostering relationships, partnering and supporting local initiatives will be invaluable. Technological savvy and adaptability are also essential as we embrace digital tools to enhance our operations.

Engagement with the store roster will be required to ensure operational requirements are met.

We are seeking candidates with experience and expertise in:

• Team leadership and management - providing the team with guidance, coaching and support to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Retail operations - overseeing all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, sales performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer service excellence - providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers and community.
• Financial performance - managing budgets, cost control process, inventory and sales forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Community engagement - foster strong relationships with the local community.
