Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Administrator to join our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and administrative processes while supporting local teams and contributing to the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular program updates, reports, and information to Team Leaders.
  • Communicate relevant program details to site staff and clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure ongoing and rigorous compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Meet reporting priorities and deadlines as required.
  • Organize and validate data on client participation for entry into databases promptly.
  • Facilitate the flow of program-specific information and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for procedural improvements in response to client, customer, or management feedback.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain systems and procedures in accordance with recording and reporting policies.
  • Manage reporting documentation related to course delivery effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Collaborate with the local team to ensure timely and precise reporting.
  • Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Safeguard client records in compliance with Navitas Skilled Futures privacy policies.
  • Cooperate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure adherence to privacy regulations.

  • Proven experience in program administration or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection practices.
