Flexible Opportunities – Casual and Part-Time Roles Available

We're seeking educators who are available between 6:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, to help maintain consistency and quality across our programs. Whether you're looking for the stability of a part-time role or the flexibility of casual work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Create safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments that foster children's development
• Build trusting relationships with families, children, and fellow educators
• Contribute ideas, creativity, and innovation to daily practices

What We're Looking For

We welcome both Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators who bring:

• A completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience in early learning or long day care (preferred)
• A genuine love of early childhood education and a proactive, professional attitude
• Current Blue Card and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement
