Assured Access is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Botany, NSW. This full-time position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that provides essential services across the construction industry. As a Scaffolder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of construction sites.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures to meet project requirements
  2. Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  3. Working closely with construction teams to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to scaffolding installations
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise on the job site
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
  2. Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety protocols
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Commitment to working safely and promoting a positive safety culture
  6. Flexibility to work on a variety of project sites and adapt to changing requirements
  7. Effective communication and teamwork skills
