Our client, Flow Investments Group Pty Ltd, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Restaurant/store . This exciting role involves overseeing staff management, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, proven Retail/Store management experience, and a passion for creating an engaging and customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

· Responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store

Duties:

· Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

· Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

· Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers

· Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

Qualification:

· AQF Diploma or Higher

· 1 - 3 years of experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
