A snapshot of your role….

· Answer any incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate point of contact

· Log any incoming service requests and create corresponding service jobs on the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

· Manage the company inbox, responding to customer queries or escalating them to the relevant contact

· Gather detailed information from customers about their concerns to assist technicians in resolving issues

· Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring users are satisfied with the resolution process
