**About the role
Temporary part time opportunity to contribute to patient care within the Audiology Service which is based at the Caboolture Hospital. This role will specifically support delivery of community hearing screening across various Metro North Health locations.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Participate in training and competency assessment in general audiology and community hearing screening.
Provide a defined range of clinical screening assessments and interventions for patients of the audiology service, including community hearing screening to eligible children, as delegated.
Assist audiologists in the distraction and observation of babies and toddlers for a variety of interventions including Visual Reinforcement Orientation Audiometry (VROA).
