Position Description
  • Manage a state ledger of national accounts
  • Follow up outstanding debt
  • Allocation and receipting of payments
  • Set up of new accounts and customers, completion of credit checks
  • Advanced account reconciliations
  • Providing high level customer support to internal and external stakeholders using an established CRM system
Candidate Profile
  • Team Player
  • 2+ years' experience in an AR role managing a national ledger
  • Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Detail orientated with a drive for results and ability to problem solve
  • Computer literate with experience in key finance systems
  • Friendly and outgoing with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Focus on KPI's and collection targets
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
