Our Ballarat Lending division are currently seeking an experienced administration person with a high customer focus and with lending or banking experience preferred but not essential.

- Responsibilities**Typical Duties will Include**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the various home loan/mortgage products on offer working from a warm client list.
- Liaise with various internal divisions and external referrers to provide Broker Sales Services for their clients.
- Work closely with the Broker in the pre-loan lodgement stage to collate and verify documents and follow up on any missing information.

**Key Requirements**:

- A commitment to quality and show pride in your work.
- Have an instinct for detail and owning tasks from beginning to end.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is not essential, however, be open to completing the course.
- Experience working in the mortgage industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to form client connections with ease.
- A genuine interest in the mortgage industry.
- Proficient with the use of technology to manage workflow.
- Ability to work in a team and share your knowledge and experience.
