About the role
Collaborate with the Executive Director of the Heart Lung Stream and other stakeholders to lead the implementation of Metro North Health Heart Lung Stream program. This involves developing and implementing strategies aligned with the operational plan to enhance access, outcomes and patient experiences across Heart Lung clinical services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Undertake, and participate in ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and prioritise needs accessing both material and human resources through effective negotiation and communication to achieve cost effective consumer/person centred service delivery including Business Planning Framework (BPF) application.
Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff reporting to the position.
