We are working with a leading financial planning firm in offering excellent development pathways for a CSM / CSO or Associate Advisers at different stages.

CSM / Associate Adviser – Ready to Start PY or Complete PY

Join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll receive one-on-one mentoring and full exposure to the advice process. You'll attend client meetings, assist in strategy development, and be supported through your Professional Year.

Associate Adviser/Junior Adviser – Completed PY, Ready to work with a Senior adviser with client

Step into a client-facing role working with a senior adviser with the view to build your own book of clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant qualifications (Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent)
  • Wanting to start PY, near commencement or have completed Professional Year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in helping clients
  • Experience using financial planning software (e.g., Xplan or similar) is advantageous
