We're ideally looking for experienced food process line operators, confectioners, bakers, cake decorators or chocolate makers. We also welcome applicants with a background in cooking, baking, or patisserie. If you hold formal qualifications in any of these areas, we'd love to hear from you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • The ability to commit to full-time employment on either day or afternoon shift (38 hours per week)
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing
  • A qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery, Baking, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Experience operating food production machinery
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • A genuine passion for producing high-quality products
  • Initiative and a professional approach to problem-solving
  • Accurate and consistent use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • A strong commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and standards
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent food handling skills, with a focus on maintaining strict hygiene standards
