We are seeking a driven and analytically sharp Principal to join our Debt Capital Markets Advisory team, to support in delivering bespoke, independent financing advice and execution services to a growing and diverse client base — spanning corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional investors.

This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions across acquisition finance, infrastructure and energy project funding, and structured capital solutions. You'll collaborate closely with internal product and coverage teams to help clients access global debt markets through both loan and bond instruments, navigating the intricacies of capital structure and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mandate Structuring & Execution
    : Support the origination, structuring, and execution of tailored debt solutions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, liability management, and capital structure optimization.
  • Transaction Advisory
    : Advise on a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, LBOs/MBOs, subordinated/mezzanine debt, corporate bonds, and project finance.
  • Deal Management
    : Lead key aspects of transaction execution — from financial analysis and modelling to preparing information memorandums, negotiating term sheets and facility documentation, and managing deal logistics.
  • Market & Credit Analysis
    : Conduct detailed financial modelling and credit benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
  • Client Materials & Engagement
    : Develop high-impact presentation materials and contribute to the full advisory lifecycle, from initial pitch through to closing.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Monitor trends across public and private debt markets, generating insights into investor appetite, credit conditions, and macroeconomic drivers.

About You

  • Experience
    : Approximately 3–5 years in Corporate Finance, project finance, or debt advisory, with strong technical proficiency and financial modelling expertise.
