The Opportunity

As part of our interior design team, you will:

  • Play a vital role in designing spaces that prioritise comfort, care, and connection.
  • Use your technical skills in Revit/ArchiCAD to deliver thoughtful, detailed documentation.
  • Contribute to projects that balance creativity with sensitivity – where every design decision can improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team who value purpose-driven design and shared success.

Who This Opportunity is For

You're a designer who:

  • Is motivated by creating environments that truly make a difference.
  • Has 1+ year of interior design experience, ideally in lifestyle aged care, or retirement living projects.
  • Balances big-picture vision with precision and detail.
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence – with clients, consultants, and colleagues alike.
  • Brings curiosity, accountability, and a hands-on approach to every project.
