- 8am - 4pm
- Monday to Friday.
- On call every third week and weekend.

Equipment Service Team (EQS) Overview
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, inventory management, set up and management of delivery teams and supply of CCEP's wide range of equipment.
The Role
In this role you will be responding to and repairing breakdowns of our beverage equipment located in our customers sites. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities :
As the EQS Workshop Technician, the key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Safety Behaviour -Actively participate in Toolbox Talks, Safety audit completions.
- Beakon compliance -Overdue incidents, hazards and tasks closed out in timely manner, Repair equipment and return it to a field ready condition.
- Equipment Quality -Ensure equipment is prepared for market and does not require a service call within 30days. Quality score >80%
- Efficiency -Ensure equipment refurbishment is completed efficiently, Using only the appropriate and necessary parts to repair equipment
- Inventory Management -Ensure Parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule, Weekly management of outstanding STO's
- Adherence to Process, Policies and use of IT Tools -Ensure standard work procedure are followed, Correctly accounts for time at work using the appropriate Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos)
- Continuous Improvement project involvement -Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills, Actively participate in training, development and assessment programs
About You
We are looking for the following skills attributes and experience:
- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Strong understanding and experience in Equipment and Services department.
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications
