We're on the hunt for a hands-on Leading Hand to keep our Darwin warehouse humming. If you're a natural organiser, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to rally a team while rolling up your own sleeves, this is the role for you.

About the Role

  • Kick off your day at 2:30am, Monday to Friday. Part-time role with the opportunity to step into full-time
  • Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor to keep daily operations sharp, safe, and on target
  • Allocate runs, assign orders, and make sure every dispatch hits the right truck at the right time
  • Check off paperwork, handle handovers, and keep Customer Service in the loop
  • Lead by example — this is a boots-on-the-ground role
  • Jump on the forklift, help pick/pack, and get produce out the door when the team needs a lift
  • Champion safety: first aid, fire checks, daily forklift inspections — you'll help keep standards high

What You'll Bring

  • High-risk forklift licence
  • Physically fit, organised, and sharp on detail
  • Great communicator who can keep the team on track and the vibe positive
  • First Aid and Fire Warden certificates (or willing to get them)
