Admin & Internal Sales

• Respond to customer phone, email, and counter enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, tenders, and orders.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with the dispatch/logistics team.
• Maintain product knowledge across a range of building/construction materials or services.
• Enter and update customer and order details in the CRM or sales system.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product availability and lead times.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Keep the showroom or sales area organised and presentable (if applicable).
• Ensure all documentation and compliance paperwork is up to date.
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Experience in Reinforcing Steel industry will be highly regarded but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 – $35.00 per hour
