**About the role**

We currently have a full time position in our Penrith (NSW) office for an Internal Sales and Purchasing Person. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

**In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Purchasing
- Stock Control
- Inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Supporting sales representatives
- Offering technical product support and advice
- Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
- Counter sales & collection
- Picking, packing and some warehouse duties

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
