About The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative and Logistics Assistant to join our team in Laverton. Reporting to the Supply Chain/IT Manager, this role provides key administrative and logistical support to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to:

  • Assist in processing customers orders and forwarding out to the Depots and Sales Representatives.
  • Planning and coordinating Depot Stocks replenishments.
  • Checking the accuracy of stocks dispatched to Sales Representatives and Freight providers.
  • Data entry of stock transfers in SAP or K-mobile.
  • Preparing documentation and facilitating bookings with transport providers.
  • Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts for warehouse-related supplies.
  • Maintain employee timesheets and submit them weekly to HR.
  • Assist in serving customers queries and requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and logistics support role.
  • Strong organization skills and with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline.
