Administration & Parts Support Officer – Permanent Part-Time (30 hrs/week)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 + Super

Monday to Friday – 6 hours per day

We're on the lookout for a reliable, organised and positive team member to join our clients small team in a permanent part-time role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—moving between admin tasks in the office and hands-on support in the warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing (Admin Duties):

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing parts sales orders
  • Preparing parts shipping documentation
  • Accounts payable administration
  • Managing warranty claims
  • Providing admin support to the sales team
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Ordering stationery, postage and general consumables

Parts Support Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing and despatching parts orders
  • Unpacking, counting and putting away inwards goods
  • Assisting with monthly stock counts
  • Helping out in a dusty, sometimes physical warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with Excel
  • Someone who can juggle competing priorities with ease
  • A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" attitude
  • Comfortable pitching in with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed
  • A great work ethic and a friendly team approach
