We're Stuff Distribution,
an Aussie-owned distributor with exclusive rights to:

  • ShakeSphere – the patented capsule-shaped protein shaker that's sold 1 million+ units worldwide
  • Springer Pets
    – the premium, leak-proof dog water bottles loved by active dog owners
  • Potential access
    to another 1 or 2 Health Brands

With more brands in the pipeline, we're looking for a
hunter-mentality Sales Agent
who can open retail doors and grow sell-through across Australia & NZ. This is a pure commission role (with scope for a modest monthly retainer once targets are met).

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Identify and pitch independent pet stores, vet clinics, supplement shops, gyms, outdoor & lifestyle retailers
  • Close opening orders, train staff and drive in-store merchandising
  • Hit agreed quarterly revenue and new-door targets
  • Feed market intel back to HQ and join a 30-minute progress huddle each fortnight
  • Keep basic CRM notes so we always know pipeline status and reorder cadence

You'll thrive if you…

  • Have
    2+ years' field sales
    in FMCG, pet, health-food or sports nutrition
  • Are a self-starter who loves cold outreach and turning "maybe" into "yes"
  • Own reliable transport and can travel regionally when needed (trade shows too)
  • Communicate clearly, follow up fast and treat retailers like long-term partners
  • Believe dogs belong on every adventure and a post-workout shake is non-negotiable

Nice-to-haves (not deal-breakers)

  • Existing relationships with independent pet & supplement retailers
  • Experience selling commission-only or as an independent rep
  • Shopify, OrderSpace or Xero familiarity
