Your new role

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. One day you might be on-site meeting stakeholders, the next in a boardroom discussing hiring strategies with national clients. You'll have full autonomy to manage the recruitment process, including:

  • Building a diverse client network through business development and industry events
  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies within your specialist sector
  • Collaborating with colleagues locally and across sectors
  • Living our Hays values, where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of everything we do

What you'll need to succeed

Whether you have 2 years or 10 years' experience, you'll thrive in a 360-recruitment role and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You are:

  • Confident in building partnerships through proactive business development
  • Driven to achieve results and progress your career
  • Curious and ambitious, always seeking better solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues
  • Solution-focused, respectful, and committed to doing the right thing
  • Experienced in working with targets, KPIs, and sales budgets
